We offer graded packages based on different measures of pre paid time; the more pre paid time purchased reduces the standard hourly rate (in some cases by 30%)

If you were to exceed the pre paid time allocation then you will only be billed at your purchased package hourly rate

All customers have access to a multi line support logging help desk, an online ticketing system and if required a support mobile

We deliver our support services both onsite and remotely over the phone or through the internet

We are capable through our remote support software to control and manage Windows and Apple servers, desktops, and laptops; in addition to this we are able to do the same for Windows, Apple, Android, Blackberry and Symbian smart phones enabling your workforce to keep on working even when in the field
